The Complete LotFP: 1998-2005: Book Details Revealed!

The details: Every interview and editorial appearing in LotFP from the first newsprint magazine issue through Scum will be in the book.
Content will be edited for format consistency and proofread, but otherwise will be kept as originally printed.
No reviews will be included. Another book with all of the reviews (file under: uugghh) may be put together if this one does well.
Here's what has to happen before this is released:
All material must be compiled into one master document.
Then I must go through every interview and every editorial I have ever done and make all the formatting consistent (when I use brackets or carrots or parenthesis, italicize band names, that sort of thing).
Then some poor bastard will be proofreading it.
Then layout has to be done.
I'll be publishing this myself through Lulu.com, a print-on-demand operation. They have a very good reputation that I'm aware of through the gaming community (and I have bought several books printed by Lulu and they are indistinguishable from a book printed "normally.")
If possible, this will be a digest-sized book. That's looking unlikely, so we're probably looking at a full-sized book. It will be well over 500 pages long, and over 1.5 million words.
To turn a reasonable profit, I expect to have to charge $45-$50 per book, with those profits being used to fund future LotFP print issues. Softcover books hold up like crap when they're this thick, so I have to do hardcover, and hardcover costs $18 before even adding any pages in. That's print-on-demand for you. If someone would like to float me $10,000 to get 1,000 copies of this printed up in Southeast Asia to get per-copy costs down, then we can talk about lowering the price. :D
Here is the list of items that will be included in the LotFP book, in order. Just because it isn't listed here doesn't mean that it won't make its way in before the thing is published. This is just what is scanned in (although not necessarily formatted) at the present time. Several issues, particularly the later Weekly issues and the ProgPower programs, will definitely be included and I'll update this as things get added into the book.
And I'm still months away from having my stuff ready, let alone having an outside proofreader look at it or have layout done.
